Quality Control

From the beginning of engineering design way down to the on-site production, every step of work, we carry out inspection action strictly in accordance with the requirements of the ISO assurance system. Furthermore, the inspection data including incoming material, FAI report, in-processing, and final inspection are recorded into our computer system and well preserved. Besides, regularly quality internal training is performed and test after it. Therefore, we've already built a good atmosphere of overall quality control participation.

First Artical Inspection

FAI is a precaution measurement to spot out the potential problem and issues before a big number of the defective part is produced and unnecessary scrap caused. We have a very effective and accurate FAI and a good job in preventing possible quality risks.

In-processing InspectionPeriodically inspect the parts in machining to make sure size and tolerance are conform to the print. Avoid defective part flowing to next step and cause bulk of NG.

Final Inspection

Each piece of the part must be inspected at the aspect of dimension, appearance, function, and special requirement from customers prior to shipment to guarantee zero non-conformity part flow to customers.

In-coming Material Inspection

All the raw material must be analyzed the chemical composition and test physical property before check-in warehouse . The suppliers are requested to present the copy of the ORIGIN material certificate and the announcement of conformity with the stamp.
